Indictment follows fatal crash

YOUNGSTOWN

A Mahoning County grand jury has handed up an indictment against a 22-year-old city woman in connection with a July car accident where a 32-year-old man was killed.

Michele Green of Mathews Road is indicted for aggravated vehicular homicide.

Green was driving eastbound on Middletown Road in Springfield July 2 when she ran a stop sign, striking a car driven by 31-year-old Theresa Clinkscale, according to the Canfield Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

The patrol reported Clinkscale’s front passenger, Matthew Clinkscale, was ejected from the car as it went off the road and struck a large boulder.

Matthew Clinkscale died a short time after the accident.
