Husband jailed in Pa. molestation case

CLAYSBURG, Pa. (AP) — The husband of a central Pennsylvania woman jailed on charges she sexually abused boys and girls and exposed some of them to pornography has been jailed himself on charges that he molested a child along with his wife in September.

Online court records don’t list an attorney for 33-year-old Patrick Partsch, of Claysburg. The Altoona Mirror reports Partsch was arraigned on a charge of aggravated indecent assault. He remained in the Blair County Prison today.

His wife, 39-year-old Tabatha Partsch, has been jailed since last month on charge that she molested three 14-year-olds, an 11-year-old, and threatened a boy of unspecified age to molest a 5-year-old victim while she watched.

Her attorney has not commented on the charges.

Neighbors tell investigators the couple regularly had children visit and held themselves out as baby sitters.
