Park board collecting canned goods at concerts in Woodworth Park

NORTH LIMA

Beaver Township Park Board is asking residents attending the weekly concerts in Woodworth Park in August to help with its canned-food drive.

Canned-food items may be dropped off at the park during concerts.

The free performances are from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesdays at Woodworth, which is off East Western Reserve Road, between Market Street and Southern Boulevard in Beaver Township.

The remaining shows feature Vegas on Aug. 15 and Loren Coler on Aug. 22.
