Arms Museum plans 2 free summer events
YOUNGSTOWN
The Arms Family Museum, 648 Wick Ave., will host two free events from 2 to 4 p.m. Aug. 8 and Aug. 15 in the Anne Kilcawley Christman Hands-on History Room, where visitors will see what life was like during the Civil War era.
Outside activities will include learning how laundry was done, how to play graces and make homemade butter, and finding out what a Bilbo catcher is.
