ODOT begins traffic-signal replacement next week in Lisbon

LISBON — Work begins next week to upgrade traffic signals in the village.

Signals will be upgraded from Beaver Street to Jefferson Street so they are brought into compliance with the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation District 11.

Traffic will be maintained during this work. ODOT’s contractor for the $291,000 project is Perram Electric Inc. from Wadsworth. All work should be completed by May 2013.
