Kinsman man pleads guilty to sex with 13-year-old, gets four years

WARREN

Thomas A. Kohn, 43, of state Route 7, Kinsman, has been sentenced to four years in prison for seven counts of engaging in sexual conduct with a 13-year-old girl January through April 2011 and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles in December 2010.

Kohn was scheduled for trial Monday in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court. Instead, he agreed to the four-year prison term and avoided trial before Judge Peter Kontos.
