Rotary will sponsor Lucky Duck Race

Struthers Rotary Club is sponsoring its sixth annual Lucky Duck Race at Yellow Creek Park on Aug. 18.

With assistance from Struthers Fire Department, the race will start at 11 a.m. For $5 per entry, entrants could win $500, $200, $100 or one of 10 $20 prizes. Only 1,000 tickets will be sold.

Ducks will be dropped into the Yellow Creek pond at the bridge. The finish line is at the spillway. Winners are called out as they cross the finish line. Tickets are available from any Struthers Rotarian or call Bryan Higgins at 330-502-8830.

Struthers Rotary invests its fundraising dollars back into the community.
