Northside Farmers Market has cooking demonstration Saturday

YOUNGSTOWN — A cooking demonstration using local produce will be at noon Saturday at the Northside Farmers Market, 1105 Elm St., across from Wick Park.

Participants will learn how to make tasty dishes with locally grown black beans, including a summer salad that also includes cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Recipes for gluten-free chocolate cake and other dishes also will be available.
