Music festival ends on a high note

The Ohio Federation of Music Clubs Annual Festival took place at Youngstown State University’s Bliss Hall recently, followed by an honors recital. More than 300 students, from pre-K through 12th grade, participated in 500 events. The children are awarded certificates and Gold Cups for their hard work.
