Lynn-Penwell wedding planned at St. Paul Church

SALEM

Donald E. and Therese Lynn of Salem are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Stephanie Nicole Lynn, to Shawn Michael Penwell. The future groom is the son of Daniel Penwell of Lowellville and Marcia Penwell of Campbell.

The couple, both of Boardman, will exchange vows in an afternoon ceremony June 2 at St. Paul Church in Salem. A reception in their honor is being planned at the Salem Golf Club. Invitations will be extended for both events.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Kent State University, Salem, where she received a degree in early childhood education. She is a preschool teacher at Kiddie Daycare & Preschool in Boardman.

Mr. Penwell earned a degree in electrical engineering technology from Youngstown State University. He is employed as an instrument and controls engineer for Babcock & Wilcox in Barberton, Ohio. He also is a veteran of the U.S. Navy where he served for four years.
