Corey Deal led South Range (13-7, 10-1 ITCL) with three hits, including a double and a triple. Andy Lacefield (4-1) pitched seven innings and struck out eight. The Raiders scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh for the win. Bryce Fanken and Steve Slater both doubled for Columbiana (7-12, 7-5).

Adam Jeffries struck out five and gave up just three hits for Jackson-Milton (11-11). Nate Clark and Tyler Totanti each added two RBIs.

Tyler Visnick went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run for East Palestine.

Luke Ince allowed just three hits for the Aviators (13-4, 8-2 NBC). Matt Unkefer pitched a five-hitter and tripled for West Branch (10-9, 5-5).

SALEM

Riley Groves had six strikeouts during a four-hitter for Louisville (12-5, 8-2). Storm Haueter had two hits, Seth Leininger had a hit and two RBIs and Brendan Webb had a hit for Salem (1-17, 0-10).

SOFTBALL

Springfield 18, Leetonia 1

LEETONIA

Nicole Siciliano had a home run and two doubles, Mac Colwell had a home run and two singles, Charley Troggio had a double and two singles and Jessica Evan tripled for the Tigers (6-11). Bailey Yeagley doubled for Leetonia (9-10).

Pymatuning Valley 3,

Lordstown 2

ANDOVER

Sarah Urchek’s three-hitter included 11 strikeouts for Pymatuning Valley. Urcheck and Katie Holmes both had two singles, Jenna Lower tripled and Heather Brant doubled for the winners. Melody Taylor doubled, while Daisy Free and Kansas Lickwar had a single apiece for the Red Devils (10-8, 9-5 NAC).
