Hubbard man pleads guilty to drug charges


JOHNSTOWN, Pa.

A Hubbard, Ohio, resident has pleaded guilty in federal court here to conspiracy to distribute oxycodone and methadone and could be fined up to $1 million or sentenced to up to 20 years in prison, or both.

Kelley S. Johns, 42, will be sentenced at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 2 by U.S. District Judge Kim R. Gibson.

The drug distribution occurred between July 2008 and May 2011, the U.S. attorney said. The FBI, IRS, Pennsylvania State Police and several local police departments participated in the investigation.
