Police arrest 4 more juveniles in big fight in Youngstown and put on YouTube

YOUNGSTOWN — City police along with members from the Mahoning Valley Violent Crimes Task Force today arrested arrested four more juveniles on charges of aggravated, a felony, and aggravated trespassing, a misdemeanor, for their reported roles in the big fight on school property and put on YouTube.

The Mahoning County Juvenile Prosecutor’s office issued the warrant. Law enforcement made the arrests after an anonymous individual posted a YouTube video on the police department’s Facebook page, where a large group of youth were observed fighting on city school’s property.

The four are juvenile males, one 16-year-old from the South Side, and three 15-year-olds all from the East Side. The task force is looking for the four.

Investigators determined the incident occurred on March 17 on the grounds of the Taft Elementary School when the school was closed for the weekend. Investigators with the assistance of the community, Judge Dellick’s juvenile probation department and the Youngstown City Schools administration identified the individuals involved in the incident. Additional warrants have been issued for subjects in this case.
