Connect the health-care dots

Connect the health-care dots

The special Sunday articles on the shale boom/doom offered insight by connecting dots on both sides of the issue.

I’d like to see the dots connected on the health-care questions currently before the Supreme Court.

Health care for all is necessary, as anyone who has ever been relieved of pain by medical procedure will attest. How to get that care is the question.

Mandating that we must buy health insurance seems to usurp the power of the free market, although we already have mandated automobile insurance, mortgage insurance etc., so why is health insurance different?

How many members of Congress, with insider information, have invested in health-care industries that will/will not benefit from mandated health insurance?

What is the actual annual cost of uninsured persons accessing health care through emergency rooms, often considered to be an insurance alternative?

Like fracking, there are plenty of questions on both sides, and I hope The Vindicator will uncover as many answers as possible.
