Arson ruled in fire at former dealership
YOUNGSTOWN
Fire officials have ruled arson as the cause of a blaze earlier this month at the former Stackhouse Olds-mobile car dealership on Market Street.
The building housed the car dealership for years, and then was the operating base for Rural Metro Ambulance services. There was even a small church in part of the building at one time, but it has been vacant for several years.
The fire caused $210,000 worth of damage to the building. No arrest has been made.
Firefighters found fire shooting from the second floor of the building and a rear door that apparently had been forced open. Reports say it soon was discovered there were several fires burning inside the building.
