Howland trustees to honor former trustee

HOWLAND

Howland Township trustees will honor former township trustee Sally Wehmer at 4 p.m. Wednesday at the regularly scheduled township trustees’ meeting at 205 Niles-Cortland Road NE.

Wehmer served as trustee for nearly 11 years before resigning for personal reasons at the end of 2011.

Meeting rescheduled

Brookfield

The Brookfield Township trustees’ meeting to discuss road and fire department schedules and the budget, originally scheduled for today, has been rescheduled for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the township building on Strimbu Drive.

An executive session will immediately follow the budget meeting.
