Elvin Vargas of Youngstown casts out some line from a fishing platform at Mill Creek Park’s Lake Glacier on Sunday. Vargas was among many anglers lining the shores of the lake after the Ohio Division of Wildlife stocked the lake with 2,500 rainbow trout on Friday.
