Cardenas gets 21 years to life in prison for Manigault murder
YOUNGSTOWN — Marco Cardenas received a sentence this morning of 21 years to life in prison for gunning down Jack Manigault, the brother of Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth.
The 22-year-old Plymouth Avenue resident pleaded guilty to counts of aggravated murder, felonious assault and aggravated robbery with a firearm specification before Judge R. Scott Krichbaum of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.
Manigault, 40, of East Avondale Avenue was killed as he lay in bed with his girlfriend Oct. 9. He is the brother of Stallworth, the reality-television personality and Youngstown native.
