Family, friends celebrate 50th with Ulriches

Albert and Josephine Ulrich of McDonald celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with family and friends March 17 during a dinner party at Ciminero’s Banquet Center in Niles.

Mr. Ulrich and the former Josephine Bacha were united in marriage March 3, 1962, at Holy Name Church in Youngstown.

They have three children: Al (Deb) Ulrich of Springboro, Ohio; Sharon (Mark) Iannone of Greensburg, Pa.; and Karen (Patrick) Hesidence of Wexford, Pa. They also have eight grandchildren.

Mrs. Ulrich retired after working 26 years as a secretary-receptionist at the Liberty Township Administration Building.

Mr. Ulrich retired as a cement mason after 36 years with Local 179 in Youngstown. He served in the U.S. Army from 1959 to 1961.
