Couple planning June wedding at Lake Erie winery

Denise Green of Boardman and John Green of Canfield are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jennifer Lynne Green, to Donald Edward Powell Jr., both of Boardman. Mr. Powell is the son of Donald and Tammie Powell, also of Boardman.

The couple have chosen Debonne Winery in Madison, Ohio, as the site of their afternoon ceremony June 23. A reception is planned immediately following the ceremony in the same location. Invitations will be extended for both events.

The bride-elect graduated from the Casal Aveda Institute as a managing cosmetologist. She is the owner and lead stylist at Sin Pretty Beauty in Boardman.

The future groom is a graduate of Youngstown State University, where he earned a doctorate in physical therapy. He is employed as a physical therapist at Circle Rehabilitation in Youngstown.
