Crouse-Porea rites to take place in Cleveland

CORTLAND
Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Crouse of Cortland are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Abbey Marie Crouse, to Raymond Porea of Perrysburg, Ohio. Parents of the future groom are Mr. and Mrs. James Porea, also of Perrysburg.
Invitations will be extended for the couple’s afternoon ceremony July 28 at St. Ann Church in Cleveland. A reception, also by invitation, is being planned at The Wyndham Hotel at Playhouse Square, also in Cleveland.
The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in biological engineering from Ohio State University and will receive a doctorate in June from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
Mr. Porea also graduated from OSU, where he received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, and is pursuing a master’s degree in business administration at the University of Akron. He is employed as an operations supervisor at Precision Castparts Corp. in Minerva, Ohio.
