GREENVILLE, Pa.

Authorities in western Pennsylvania say an early morning accident involving two motorcycles killed a man and a woman.

Greenville police say the crash happened at about 2:48 a.m. Saturday on state Route 18 in Greenville, The Associated Press reports.

Sgt. Paul Molton told the AP that authorities are still trying to reconstruct the crash, but the three victims were all heading south on two motorcycles on the four-lane highway.

Twenty-five-year-old Benjamin Alabran of Greenville and 21-year-old Cassandra Keck of Greenville were both pronounced dead at the scene. Molton says the other male had minor injuries. The accident remains under investigation.
