Safe citizens workshop is Tuesday in Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown Northside Weed and Seed program is offering a free Safe Citizens Workshop from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Arlington Heights Recreation Center, 801 Park Ave.

The workshop will give an overview on how to operate a neighborhood watch, how to collect and report specific information for law enforcement, and how to reduce crime in neighborhoods.
