Library to host conservation event

HOWLAND

Trumbull Soil and Water Conservation District will present a program on backyard conservation practices and habitat development at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Howland Branch of the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library, 9095 E. Market St.
