The Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins Community Foundation recently donated $2,500 to the Akron Children’s Hospital of Mahoning Valley, the largest pediatric provider in northeast Ohio.

Representatives from the foundation, Dunkin’ Donuts, including local Franchise owners, presented the donation April 4 to the Akron Children’s Hospital of Mahoning Valley.

“Through the generosity of our guests that donate to our foundation canisters and fundraisers in each store, we are able to reach out to the northeast Ohio communities in significant ways. We understand the great need that all hospitals across our region face, especially in the pediatric area, and we are very proud to support Akron Children’s Hospital of Mahoning Valley and their fabulous programs,” said Lynne Schroeder, Field Marketing Manager, Dunkin’ Brands.

The foundation works in partnership with Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins franchisees across the country to serve the basic needs of the community through food for the hungry, safety and children.
