Covelli Enterprises has announced it will open four restaurants on the Ohio Turnpike this fall.

The Warren-based company will open two Panera Bread restaurants and two DQ Grill and Chill restaurants within the same plazas on the turnpike.

The company now has more than 200 Panera Bread restaurants. The DQ restaurants will be the first Covelli-owned and -operated Dairy Queen franchises.

The restaurants will be at the Mahoning Valley and Glacier Hills plazas.

Covelli will hire 20 managers and will hold open interviews in the coming weeks.

Open interviews for management positions will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 21; Saturday, April 28; and Saturday, May 5 at the Austintown Panera Bread on Mahoning Avenue.

Applications are being accepted online at www.panerabread.jobs

The new restaurants will also require the hiring of more than 200 associates. Hiring will begin in June.
