Scholarship is offered to eligible students

COLUMBIANA

The Columbiana County Association of Family and Consumer Sciences is offering a $150 scholarship to a college junior or senior majoring in family and consumer sciences, home economics or a related field. A student who has completed half of a two-year program in one of these fields also is eligible.

Students must reside in Columbiana County or a bordering county: Mahoning, Jefferson, Stark or Carroll.

The application deadline is June 1. Applications can be obtained from Diana Nordquest, 399 Shelton Road, Salem, OH 44460.
