Brad Fedorchak was recently promoted to business manufacturing leader for polyurethanes at Dow Chemical Co. Fedorchak, a 1980 Canfield High School graduate and 1984 Youngstown State University graduate, has been with the company for 28 years. He will be responsible for 29 plants worldwide. Fedorchak will be based in Freeport, Texas. His parents are Don and Pat Fedorchak of Canfield.

HEALTH

Denise Ayers was recently promoted to the position of executive director of MVI HospiceCare, Liberty. Ayers has been with MVI HomeCare and HospiceCare for the past 16 years providing leadership in various capacities, most recently as vice president of sales and marketing. Ayers has a bachelor’s degree in nursing and in management from Youngstown State University.
