Woman, 28, killed in crash

Troopers from the Lisbon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol are investigating a crash that killed an East Liverpool woman Thursday evening.

Amanda R. Bibbee, 28, was traveling north on state Route 7 with two children as passengers. Deborah K. Eells, 57, of Rogers was traveling south on Route 7.

The vehicles crashed into each other around 5:30 p.m., sending Bibbee’s vehicle off the roadway.

Bibbee was pronounced dead at the scene by investigators from the Columbiana County Coroner’s office. Eells and the two children in Bibbee’s vehicle were taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center. No information about their conditions was available Thursday night.
