Cavatelli dinner to fund special olympics

AUSTINTOWN

The Mahoning County Board of Developmental Disabilities and friends, 4801 Woodridge Drive, will host a cavatelli dinner and fundraiser April 22 to benefit the Mahoning County DD Special Olympics.

The dinner will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Leonard Kirtz School cafeteria and feature a basket auction and an exhibition basketball game between MCBDD staff and the Mahoning County DD Special Olympics basketball teams.

Tickets can be bought at the door on the day of the dinner or at any MCBDD facility for $6 for adults and $4 for children 12 and under.

Meals include salad, roll, beverage and dessert. Takeouts will be available. For information or to buy basket auction or dinner tickets, call the board office at 330-797-2825.
