10 area residents indicted on heroin, coke charges

CLEVELAND

Four Youngstown residents and a Farrell, Pa., resident are among 10 people indicted by a federal grand jury on cocaine and heroin trafficking charges, the U.S. Attorney announced Wednesday.

Those charged include: Darwin O. Crumby, 46, of Farrell, Pa.; and Terrance A. Tarver, 39; Ratosha A. Reed, 30; Timothy M. Hough, 49; and Darnell L. Jones, 26, all of Youngstown.

The 27-month investigation was conducted by the FBI, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, the Mahoning Valley Law Enforcement Task Force and Akron police.
