Resurfacing of Belle Vista Road starts Wednesday

YOUNGSTOWN

Belle Vista Avenue between Mahoning Avenue and McCollum Road will be resurfaced beginning today as part of the city’s Water Department Waterline Replacement Project.

Traffic will be maintained, but lanes will be closed temporarily and traffic patterns will change.
