1418 Auxiliary Seniors will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Great Hall at St. Nicholas Church on Fifth Street, Struthers. John Texter will preside. Birthdays and anniversaries will be acknowledged, cards and bingo will be played, and $5 dues for 2012 will be collected. Austintown AARP Chapter 4339 will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Grace Lutheran Church, 1612 Raccoon Road. The board will meet at noon. The speaker will be Atty. Jack Alpern. Membership dues of $5 for 2012 will be collected; members should take local and national AARP cards. They also are urged to take toiletries for the Rescue Mission. Refreshments will be served. Golden Pillars will have an 11 a.m. liturgy Tuesday prior to a meeting at noon at St. Mary Assumption Social Center, 356 S. Belle Vista Ave., Youngstown. Mary Novak will preside. J.C. Penney Retirees will meet for lunch at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Denny’s in Boardman.

Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club will meet from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 106 at Poland United Methodist Church. Bridge, 500, chess and checkers will be played, and Marilyn Boggs will give the devotions. Members are reminded to take a sack lunch; coffee and tea will be provided.
