OSHP snags $2.1M haul of marijuana in SW Ohio

WILMINGTON, Ohio
The State Highway Patrol says troopers pulled over a minivan in southwestern Ohio this week and discovered it was hauling more than 500 pounds of marijuana valued at more than $2.1 million.
A 25-year-old Mexican man who was driving the van has been held on felony drug charges. Troopers stopped the van for a registration violation Wednesday on Interstate 71 in Clinton County.
, about halfway between Cincinnati and Columbus.
They seized 538 pounds of marijuana, wrapped into 24 bundles.
The driver is charged with having and trafficking in marijuana.
