KO Drugs Boxing tournament gets underway on Monday

The 25th annual K.O. Drugs High School Boxing Tournament will begin Monday with 30 bouts on tap at the St. Lucy Palermo Banquet Center in Campbell.

Over 100 athletes signed up for the event from five counties, representing 40 schools.

“We’re absolutely pleased with the turnout and enthusiasm as we head into this year’s milestone event,” said tournament founder Chuck Nelson.
