Block-watch meeting

Boulevard Park Block Watch will meet from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. today at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, corner of South Avenue and Midlothian Boulevard. Representatives of the Youngstown Charter Review Committee will be speakers; discussion will follow.
