Those with questions about the Youngstown natural-gas program can call Vectren Source, the company providing natural gas for city customers, at 800-608-8510. The telephone number was incorrect in a Saturday article on Page A7. Customers will pay a fixed rate of $5.54 per MCF (a measurement equal to 1,000 cubic feet of gas) between this November and September 2012. Vectren will send letters to those in the city around Oct. 14 explaining rates, terms and conditions of the offer and how new customers can enroll.
