Orit Haviv and Yaakov Dickstein exchanged wedding vows March 31 at Kaesar Yam Wedding Hall here, with Rabbi Joshua Runyan officiating.

The bride, a daughter of Jill Haviv of Ramat Gan, and the late Tzuri Haviv, and the groom, a son of Lark Dickstein-Rienerth of Youngstown and the late Dr. Emil Dickstein, received congratulations during a reception immediately following.

The couple are planning a November honeymoon and are making their home in Binyamina, Israel.

Among those participating in the ceremonies were the groom’s brother, Benjamin Dickstein of Boston and Matthew Weisberg of Philadelphia.

The bride is completing work on a teaching certificate at Levinsky Teachers’ Seminar after earning a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo, and a master’s degree in special education from Hebrew University.

The groom is a resident in internal medicine at Rambam Medical Center in Haifa after earning a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Pennsylvania and a medical degree from Ben Gurion University of the Negev.
