South Range, Western Reserve are ITCL golf champs

South Range and Western Reserve are the champions of the Inter Tri-County League golf season.

In Tier One, South Range won the tournament at Pine Lakes Golf Course with a score of 337, led by Brandon Pluchinsky’s 76.

United finished second with a score of 358, led by Bradley Miller’s 85.

South Range’s Brennan Allen was the individual runner-up with 81, followed by Nathan Garofalo of Columbiana with 82 and Miller.

In Tier Two, Western Reserve swept the season and tournament championships and finished the season unbeaten in 14 matches.

Payton Snyder and Nolan Snyder shared honors for the Blue Devils with 81 on Wednesday at Pine Lakes Golf Club.

Nick Altomare of Leetonia was medalist with 78. He was followed in the top five by the Snyders, then Ryan Nagy of Jackson-Milton and Jordan White of Western Reserve with 84s.

HINKLEY

At Pine Hills, Warren JFK won the White Division with a score of 292.

James LaPolla was seventh individually with a 76, and Billy Phillips was eighth with 77. Also, Ryan Fowler shot 79 and, Stephen Macali shot 85.

Medalist for the tournament was TylerMcHue of Blue Division champion Walsh Jesuit with a 70.
