55 Plus Club of Mineral Ridge will meet at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Mary Church. Members will dine out after the meeting and card games.
Austintown REAC 3298 will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at the aerie on Raccoon Road. Dessert will be provided by Kay Juggenheimer and Faye Taylor. Birthdays and anniversaries will be observed, and there will be a 50-50 raffle. After the meeting, members will play bingo. New members and guests are welcome.
AARP Chapter 4611 will meet Wednesday Sept. 21 at St. Augustine Church on Parmelee Avenue. An executive board meeting will begin at 11 a.m., and the general meeting will begin at 12:30 p.m. Members are reminded to take school supplies. Keenagers of Third Baptist Church will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday, when there will be an election of officers for the new church year. Members will discuss winter programs and holiday activities. All are asked to attend. Those age 55 or older are welcome to join.

Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club will meet from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 106 at Poland United Methodist Church. Public Employees Retirees Inc., Mahoning Chapter 18, will meet at noon Oct. 4 at the Saxon Club, 710 Meridian Road, Youngstown. Flu shots will be available from a nurse from Mahoning County Board of Health. Insurance cards will be needed. Nominations for officers will be taken from the floor. The lunch buffet will offer ham steak with pineapple, baked potatoes, green beans, salad, rolls and butter, pumpkin pie and coffee or tea. A cash raffle is planned. Cost is $9 for members, associate members and guests, payable at the door.
