Mahoning County real-estate owners may consult with appraisers and auditor’s office personnel concerning their tentative new property values from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sept. 28 at the county’s reappraisal information center at Oakhill Renaissance Place. An announcement on Page A3 Friday omitted that date.
