Tri-County Hadassah 4-day rummage sale

Tri-County Hadassah will have a rummage sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday through Sept. 21 at Beth Israel Temple Center, 2138 E. Market St.
Rummage of all types is being accepted, including electronics, books, toys, furniture, lamps, linens, jewelry, collectibles, stuffed animals, luggage, china and silver, household items and sports equipment.
Tri-County members are urged to volunteer their time and support to the event.
Rummage sale at Alzheimer’s center

A rummage sale and lucky ticket raffle are being planned for 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Clare Bridge Austintown Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care, 1420 S. Canfield Niles Road.
Clear your clutter, clean out your closets and donate your gently used or unused items for the event by today.
Come and look for a hidden treasure or sell your own items by renting table space for $8 for one day or $12 or both.

Animal Rescue bingo Saturday at St. Nick’s
STRUTHERS
The Second Chance Animal Rescue Bingo will be Saturday at St. Nicholas Church, 764 Fifth St. Doors open at 5 p.m., early bird games start at 6:50 and regular games at 7.
A variety of games will be played and pull-tabs will be available.
The games take place the third Saturday of each month. Proceeds benefit Second Chance Animal Rescue.

Trash, treasure sale to benefit veteran
AUSTINTOWN
Austintown Senior Center, 100 Westchester Drive, will have a trash and treasure sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 24 to benefit the Village family of Austintown.
Mr. Village, a veteran, is now in Specialty Care Hospital in Cleveland, facing a long road to recovery.
The event will include a basket auction and bake sale.
Anyone wishing to donate a basket or good used items (no large items) for the auction can do so at the center weekdays before 1 p.m. or from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday through Sept. 23.
