The Lakes of Beaver Development Co. LLC has sold The Lakes of Sharrott Hill, a planned-unit development, to a buying group planning to finish the entire project.

The transaction totaled $1.75 million, according to a property-transfer document.

Josh Pastore, one of the buyers, told The Vindicator the plans are to finish the project off Sharrott Road, which will have 46 villas and 40 residential lots.

The 115-acre property currently has 30 villas and 19 residential lots.

The development in 2009 received a special-district compliance violation for its roads, according to the Beaver Township Zoning Department.

Pastore assured residents the roads will be completed as soon as possible.

“We’re going to fix the roads for the community and build the development out,” he said.
