The Mahoning Valley Young Professionals and Youngs-town Playhouse both will play roles in the first MVYP History Night at 6 p.m. Saturday before the performance of “Gypsy.”

The MVYP is working to infuse itself into the community, educate its members about the region’s assets and provide new networking opportunities.

After a short presentation by Playhouse staff, attendees will have time to talk over refreshments before “Gypsy,” which begins at 7:30 p.m.

The event is also open to non-members of MVYP. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased by contacting Katie Seminara at kjseminara@yahoo.com or 330-774-8136.
