Stop smoking, says ex-Poland resident
St. Joseph, Mich.
J. Michael Hall, formerly of Poland and a Youngstown State University graduate of 1970, has written a stop-smoking book.
Hall, who retired after 39 years at Whirlpool, is the author of “My Dad’s Lungs from Smoking,” which offers a three-step method of how he quit smoking 17 years ago.
Hall said his book, based on his own many attempts to quit, offers insight about what led him to begin smoking, the difficulty of trying to quit and then to ultimately quit.
He said he was motivated to write the book because of the startling statistics about the health hazards of smoking.
The book is available through Authorhouse at http://bookstore.authorhouse.com. His email address is hallm2525@sbcglobal.net.
