Youngstown woman to appear on ‘Bridezillas’

A Youngstown woman will be featured on “Bridezillas” at 9 p.m. Sunday and again on Sept. 18.

On Sunday’s episode, viewers of the WE reality show will meet Bridezilla Frankie, aka “Rae Rae.”

Rae Rae is convinced that she is royalty and that her wedding will surpass the Royal Wedding. She can’t afford it, but what she lacks in money, she makes up for in attitude, according to a press release from the show.

When her bridesmaids don’t show up to make favors, Rae Rae goes to hunt them down, only to run out of gas. Later, when Rae Rae learns that her third wedding dress may not arrive in time for the wedding, she has a tearful meltdown.

But it’s during an argument with her groom’s family that Rae Rae’s true colors show. When his stepmother refuses to give Rae Rae the $50 she’s demanding, Rae Rae calls her every name in the book and un-invites her from the wedding.

On the Sept. 18 episode, Rae Rae wants to wear her bridesmaid’s shirt to her bridal shower, and she literally tries to take it off her in the middle of the street. Later Rae Rae concocts a scheme to force her bridesmaid to pierce her ears for the wedding — even if she has to physically hold her down to get it done.

As the days tick down and her dream dress still hasn’t arrived, Rae Rae cries and refuses to do any more wedding prep.
