Gaskill-Dettmer wedding will be a Texas event

FLOWER MOUND, Texas

Jack and Beth Gaskill III of Flower Mound, formerly of Boardman, are announcing the engagement and marriage plans of their daughter, Amy-Beth Gaskill of Flower Mound, and Brian James Dettmer of Grapevine, Texas, formerly of Canfield, son of Ralph and Margie McClure of Boardman.

Invitations will be extended for a late afternoon wedding on Oct. 1 in Landmark Church, Lewisville, Texas, and a reception to follow at Royal Affairs Ballroom there.

Miss Gaskill is the Texas marketing and public relations event coordinator for MarineMax Boats of Lewisville and Houston. She also is a media and sponsorship consultant for the annual Dallas boat show. She graduated magna cum laude from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Fla., with a bachelor’s degree in public relations/communication.

Mr. Dettmer is in the Texas Roadhouse restaurant management training program and manages the Texas Roadhouse in The Colony, Texas.
