Youngstown-based Hynes Industries, a leading North American supplier and processor of steel and nonferrous metals, recently announced reorganization of the company reporting structure.
Tim Bresnahan is serving as Hynes Industries’ regional sales manager. Bresnahan previously was manager of information technologies. He has gained in-depth knowledge of Hynes’ products and services during the last 25 years.
Patrick Bresnahan is director of facilities and process engineering. Patrick has served Hynes in a variety of roles over the past 30 years, most recently as production-control manager of Hynes Industries Steel Products. He has been with the company since 1978.
Thomas M. Sheridan was recently named general manager of Hynes Industries Roll Formed Products. Sheridan returns to Youngstown after five years in Indiana, where he worked as plant manager of the Hynes-Kokomo facility. Sheridan has 33 years of experience at Hynes.
Wesley Utt recently joined Hynes as the new plant manager of Hynes-Kokomo. Utt will be based in Indiana; he brings with him many years of roll forming and stamping experience.
Craig Dunn has been named plant manager of roll-formed products at Plant No. 2 in Youngstown. His previous title was manufacturing engineer of roll-formed products. Dunn has been with Hynes for more than 14 years.
Don Black was recently named plant manager of roll-formed products at Plant No. 5 in Youngstown. Don has been promoted from his role as production foreman of roll-formed products at Plant No. 2, where he worked for six years.
The YMCA of Youngstown has hired Carol H. Potter as its new financial development and marketing director. Potter will serve as a member of the Y’s senior leadership team and support the Y’s mission and commitment to youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Potter brings with her more than 25 years of experience in development and marketing for a variety of agencies and projects.
Harrington, Hoppe & Mitchell recently announced the addition of attorney Stephen P. Kocon to the firm’s Youngstown office. Kocon joins HHM after two years at his own practice, Kocon & Quay, LLC, where he provided service to Akron real-estate customers. Kocon’s practice will focus on real estate, business, succession planning and general practice. Kocon graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio University, and also cum laude with a juris doctorate from University of Akron School of Law.
