Canfield Fair attendance clears 170,000 for first four days

Saturday’s attendance at the 165th Canfield Fair tallied at 70,623, bringing the 4-day total to 170,046.

The number is down from last year’s Saturday total of 73,926 and the 2010 4-day total of 179,759.

The fair continues today until 11 p.m. with country music star Reba McEntire performing in the grandstand tonight.

Labor Day is the final day of the six-day county fair. The fair will be open from 8 a.m. until 11 p.m.
