Alexandra Rokicki and John Haug were married July 29 in a private ceremony on Siesta Key Beach near Sarasota, Fla.

The bride is the daughter of Walter and Bobbi Rokicki, and the groom is the son of William and Marie Haug, all of Poland.

The bride wore an ivory, satin A-line gown with beading on the bodice and a train.

The ceremony was performed by Scott Clark. The couple honeymooned on Siesta Key and had a reception at the groom’s parents’ house. The newlyweds are residing in Poland.

Mrs. Haug graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in education. She teaches seventh- and eighth-grade math at Poland Local Schools.

Mr. Haug also graduated with a degree in education from YSU. He is a ninth-grade history teacher in the Champion School District.
